Our dedicated, experienced office staff works to coordinate your care, arrange for the services you need, and make your visits
convenient and pleasant. The members of our staff are available to help with scheduling, with questions on payment, insurance, and referrals, and with
other concerns or inquiries you may have. 
Our office & practice manager:
Debora Kossovsky is a graduate of Temple University’s School of Social Administration and has studied management and accounting at Philadelphia
College. She has previously worked as a family-planning counselor and a clinical coordinator at a family-planning facility. She was the manager for the Contraceptive Services Center of Planned Parenthood of Southeastern Pennsylvania and the manager
for the ob-gyn ambulatory services of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Allegheny University Hospitals, East
Falls Campus.
Ms. Kossovsky has served as office supervisor for Frankford’s obstetrics and gynecology service since 1996. At Frankford’s Center of Gynecology & Women’s Health, she continues in that role overseeing fiscal management, policy/procedure
compliance, patient satisfaction, operations, scheduling, performance improvement, billing/coding/reimbursement, and customer-service
commitment.
Our triage nurses:
Laurie Musial, RN, has 35 years of experience in women’s healthcare. At Frankford’s Center for Gynecology & Women’s Health, she serves as a liaison between patients, doctors, insurers, and healthcare
professionals. She provides phone response for technical questions, lab results, information requests, and referrals. Ms. Musial works closely with the center’s physicians and nurse practitioners to provide rapid, accurate response to phone
calls and health issues.
