Framed rose print memorializes artist’s grandmother, honors the doctors and nurses who cared for her.
A framed photo of a blooming rose was recently donated to Frankford Hospital -Frankford by photo artist Dawn Deppi on behalf
of herself and her family to demonstrate their appreciation to the doctors, nurses and staff who treated her grandmother,
Josephine H. Connelly, before her death last year. The print, dubbed, “Unfolding Beauty,” is one of Deppi’s best sellers.
An avid gardener, roses were Connelly’s favorite flowers. The print, along with a dedication plaque, is displayed in the lobby
of Frankford Hospital - Frankford, for Hospital staff, visitors and patients to enjoy.
Deppi’s company, Eye of the Beholder, Inc., is based in Bucks County, Pa., and her photo artistry is frequently on display
at many gallery shows, as well as in local businesses and private homes.
Frankford would like to thank Ms. Deppi and her family for their kind generosity in bestowing such a timeless gift.
