Frankford Hospital Acquires Delaware Valley Medical Center(Published 2-24-1999) Frankford Hospital’s proposed acquisition of Delaware Valley Medical Center (DVMC) was approved today
by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, announced Roy Powell, president, Frankford Health Care System. The purchase is expected to be
completed in March following regulatory approvals.
