In today's rapidly changing health care field, the home is increasingly the setting of choice for providing and receiving
health care. As a result of this trend, staff can meet your needs by providing a wide array of health services in the comfort
of your home. We are pleased that your physician and you have chosen use to ease your transition from hospital to home.
All services are coordinated under the physician's plan of treatment, respecting the dignity of each patient and recognizing
the stress an illness or disability can place on your family. Guided by this philosophy, the staff of Professional Home Health
Services creates a plan of care with you and for your unique family environment.
In order to receive our services, you must require skilled care and be under the treatment of a physician. Medicare and most
