The Transitional Year Internship curriculum is designed to meet a number of educational needs, from the provision of a variety of clinical experiences to facilitate career choice or specialty selection, to preparation for categorical training in medical specialties having as a prerequisite one year of fundamental clinical education (e.g., Anesthesiology, Radiology, Neurology, etc.). Individually tailored schedules comprising rotations in internal medicine, surgery, emergency medicine and several electives provide a top-notch preparatory experience.
