Nephrologists at Frankford Hospitals focus on caring for patients with all types of kidney diseases. These include urinary tract infection, preventive medical approaches to recurrent kidney stones as well as decreased kidney function or actual kidney failure.

Evaluation may include various types of analyses of urine, ultrasound, CT scan or MRI, and kidney biopsy. For the treatment of advanced kidney failure, hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis is available in the hospital.
