Robin Rosenberg, MD, FACS, FASCRS, is a graduate of Trinity College (with honors) and of Temple University Medical School. He completed his internship at Hartford Hospital and his residency and colorectal fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He served as a clinical instructor at the Cleveland Clinic and is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at Drexel
University College of Medicine. Dr. Rosenberg has hospital appointments at Frankford Hospitals, as well as at Nazareth Hospital, Jeanes Hospital, and Drexel-Hahneman
University Hospital.
Dr. Rosenberg has been board certified in surgery, through the American Board of Surgery, since 1983, and he has been a Fellow
of the American College of Surgery (FACS) since 1985. He has been board certified in colorectal surgery, through the American Board of Colorectal Surgery, since 1984, and has been
a Fellow of American Society of Colorectal Surgeons since 1990 (FASCRS).
Dr. Rosenberg is chief of the Section on Colorectal Surgery at Frankford Hospitals. He is also a past president of Pennsylvania Society of Colon-Rectal Surgeons.
Dr. Rosenberg has more than 20 years of successful experience as a private practitioner specializing in colorectal surgery,
proctology, general surgery, endoscopy, and laparoscopic surgery. Dr. Rosenberg’s practice is concentrated primarily in Northeast Philadelphia and through Frankford Hospitals.
