Educational Expenses
The school sends detailed information concerning first-year expenses and types of financial aid to all accepted students. New fee schedules are sent in the spring of each year. Tuition and fees are payable in advance prior to each term.
Tuition Payment
Payment in full for each semester is required before students may attend classes. The school mails tuition statements to students each July, November, and April. Students must pay tuition in full by the first day of classes. Students who have not made arrangements to pay their tuition and fees before the first day of class each semester are subject to having a late payment of $50 charged to their account. Settlement of all financial obligations of the School of Nursing rests with the student or the student’s parents, if the student has not attained independent adult status. Failure to receive a tuition statement does not excuse a student from paying tuition and fees before attending class each semester.
Title IV Refund Policy
Withdrawing students who have been awarded Title IV Program aid funds are permitted to return a pro-rated portion of their funds or an offset (payment) against tuition charges prior to completion of 60 percent of the term/semester. After the 60 percent mark, all such aid is treated as 100-percent earned. Title IV Programs or federal funds include PELL, SEOG Grants, Stafford, and Plus Loans.
