Kelly J. Underhill, MD - Medical Director, Radiation Oncology
Dr. Underhill was recently appointed Medical Director of Frankford’s Department of Radiation Oncology. She comes to Frankford from Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where she remains on faculty in the Department of Radiation Oncology. Dr. Underhill has special expertise in head and neck and gynecologic malignancies, and the use of brachytherapy. She is currently an active member of Frankford’s Breast Health Program.

Dr. Underhill’s training includes an internship in medicine and a residency in radiation oncology at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. She completed fellowship training in brachytherapy at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. Dr. Underhill is board-certified with the American College of Radiology, and maintains memberships with the Ontario Medical Association, the American College of Radiology, the American Society of Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology and the American Brachytherapy Association.
