Our Mission
The mission of Frankford Hospitals is to provide exceptional patient care and customer service to members of the communities
served by the Hospitals and to acknowledge a patient's right to considerate and respectful care, regardless of ability to
pay.
The Department of Health Regulations and the Joint Commission standards deal with organization quality, and safety-of-care
issues and the safety of the environment in which your care is provided. You are encouraged to express your concerns to your
physician or the members of the health care team. Should you have a complaint about the quality of care or services provided,
which you have not been able to resolve with your health care team, you have the right to contact the Patient Relations Coordinator
to initiate a formal review. When an individual has any concern about patient care and/or safety at Frankford Hospital, the Administration encourages you

Our Patient Relations Coordinator is available to respond to patient issues at all three of the hospital campuses.
If the concerns in question cannot be resolved at this level, Frankford Hospital encourages you to contact the Department
