I'm afraid I didn't even know that a blue ribbon stood for prostate cancer support.

I agree, I have never heard this either.

I haven't and I think they need to be brought to the attention of the world. Everyone knows what the pink ribbons symbolize. Just seeing the color pink makes most people think breast cancer awareness. The blue ribbon should be promoted this way as well.
